Early this morning Christina Aguilera and her boyfriend were arrested in West Hollywood. Her boyfriend was busted for DUI and Christina was also taken in for public intoxication. According to the L. A. Sherriff’s Office Christina was extremely intoxicated. Matthew Rutler was drunk and unable to take care of her. Sources close to Aguilera said they have been trying to convince her to go to rehab for some time now.
A police officer noticed Rutler’s unstable driving this morning at approximately 2:30am. Rutler’s bail was set at $30,000. If Christina Aguilera is in trouble, let’s hope this experience will convince her to get much needed help.
